FunBowlingTees.com respects each individual's right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at FunBowlingTees.com's Web site, and not necessarily to information collected at CafePress.com. See below for more details.

Partnership with CafePress.com

This site is a client of CafePress.com. CafePress.com allows users to create their own custom T-shirts and other products and sell them for profit, without having to worry about inventory and order processing. A base price is set for each item, and clients set the markup price and earn a commission equal to the marked up price minus the base price for each sale. The actual CafePress shop for FunBowlingTees.com is located at http://www.cafepress.com/funbowlingtees. FunBowlingTees.com is simply a gateway to this shop, and also allows more information, such as site news and links, to also be associated with the shop. Except where mentioned below, this privacy policy applies only to the web site FunBowlingTees.com, and not to CafePress or our CafePress shop. You should also refer to CafePress.com's privacy policy.

IP Addresses/Logging

Every computer connected to the Internet is assigned an IP (or Internet Protocol) address. FunBowlingTees.com logs IP addresses of visitors so we may get an idea of where our visitors are located (i.e. which Internet provider and which city, state, and country the user is in), and to track movements of users for purposes of finding out which pages get the most hits in order to improve our Web site. This information may also be used for finding demographic information, resolving hacker or abuse issues (i.e. finding out which provider to report the incident to), and similar uses. No personalally identifiable information, such as names, complete physical locations or addresses, E-mail addresses, or any other personal information is connected with users' IP addresses. It is also impossible to associate each and every individual user with one IP address. Most Internet providers assign IP addresses dynamically, so the same IP address may be used by one person at one time and a completely different person at a different location later.

Cookies

FunBowlingTees.com may use cookies for the same purposes we log IP addresses. A cookie is a piece of information stored on your computer by a Web site. In addition to the same purposes as IP addresses are logged, cookies can be used to store user preferences or login information. Like IP addresses, no personally identifiable information is associated with cookies.

Order Information

CafePress.com handles all order processing for orders placed on FunBowlingTees.com's CafePress store. FunBowlingTees.com has access to certain information that can be used for marketing purposes, such as city and state of the customer who placed the order and products purchased. Full personal information, such as addresses, phone numbers, credit card information, etc., are not disclosed to FunBowlingTees.com or any other CafePress.com shopkeeper. Newsletter

FunBowlingTees.com has a 100% opt-in newsletter, to which users may subscribe by entering their E-mail address in the form on the left side bar. Users may unsubscribe by following instructions in newsletter postings. Newsletter postings are sent whenever a significant update occurs, such as new products. FunBowlingTees.com has full control over what content is posted in newsletter entries and when new entries are sent out. Although we can see how many people are subscribed to the newsletter, we do not have access to individual E-mail addresses subscribed to the list.

Blog

FunBowlingTees.com has a blog, which is used to share news about FunBowlingTees.com, interesting articles and information about bowling in general, and anything else the administrator wishes to post in the blog. Comments are supported by the blog, so users may comment on any entry in which comments are allowed. Users have the option of including their E-mail addresses in comments, so readers may E-mail them privately for more information. The blog uses spam protection, which alters E-mail addresses so that E-mail address harvesters used by spammers will not recognize them, and therefore not collect them. FunBowlingTees.com will not use these E-mail addresses for any purpose, and will not sell, rent, lease, or give them to third parties. However, since E-mail addresses posted in blog comments are public, there is no guarantee that they will not be collected by spammers or used by others for spamming, phishing, or other abuse. Therefore, we recommend setting up a separate E-mail address from the one you use for your personal E-mail for posting in the blog and other public areas, or getting a free address from Hotmail or Yahoo for this purpose.
